SEO services that put you on page one for the searches that pay
Most websites aren’t on page one because Google doesn’t understand them, doesn’t trust them, or can’t find the pages that answer what people search. We fix all three, every month, and show you the calls and forms it brings in.
| Search | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| solicitor blackrock | #14 | #4 ↑10 |
| roofer lucan | #13 | #1 ↑12 |
| accountant dublin 8 | #19 | #6 ↑13 |
| emergency electrician swords | not top 50 | #2 |

01 / WHAT IT IS
What SEO actually means for your business
SEO (search engine optimisation) is the work of getting your website onto the first page of Google for the searches your customers type, without paying for every click.
For a typical Irish business that means three things. Google has to find every important page, understand what each page is about and who it’s for, and trust your business more than the others competing for the same search.
When those three are right, you show up for searches like “accountant for contractors Dublin” or “attic insulation cost Meath”, and the enquiries come in without ad spend. If you’d like the long version, read our plain-English guide to SEO.
02 / OUR FRAMEWORK
The three pillars we work on
Every task we do each month fits under one of three pillars. If one is weak, the other two can’t make up for it.
01
Technical: can Google find it?
Fast pages, clean indexing, no errors, mobile-friendly, and nothing blocking Google or AI crawlers. Technical SEO
02
Relevance: does the page answer the search?
One page per service and area, written around what customers actually search, with the short answer first. Content
03
Authority: do others vouch for you?
Reviews, links and mentions from trusted Irish websites, directories and media. Link building
The same three pillars decide whether AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI Mode mention you, which is why AI search is built into the plan rather than sold separately. AEO vs GEO vs SEO explained
03 / WHAT YOU GET
What’s included every month
Everything below is part of the Growth plan (€950/month). Lead Engine (€1,750) adds Google Ads on top.
01
Keyword research
We find the searches people in your area and trade actually use, and how much each is worth to you. How we do keyword research
02
Page titles and copy
Better titles, headings and text on your existing pages, so each one clearly matches one group of searches.
03
Technical SEO
Speed, indexing, broken links, redirects, sitemaps and schema, so Google can crawl and read your whole site. Technical SEO & audits
04
New pages every month
Two new service pages, area pages or guides a month, written with you and edited by a person. Content service
05
Links from Irish websites
Mentions and links from Irish directories, suppliers, local media and trade bodies. Never bought links. Link building
06
AI search tracking
Every month we check what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI say about you, and work on the gaps. AI search

05 / REPORTING
What you see in your report
One page, every month. No 40-page PDFs full of charts nobody reads.
| In your report | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Calls and form enquiries from Google | The number that pays your bills |
| Rankings for your money searches | Shows whether the right pages are moving |
| Google Maps positions | Local visibility street by street |
| What AI tools say about you | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI |
| What we did this month, and what’s next | So you always know where your money goes |
06 / TIMELINE
How long does SEO take?
Honest answer: technical fixes and Google Maps often move within weeks. Competitive Dublin searches usually take three to six months, and very competitive ones (solicitors, dentists, finance) can take longer.
That’s why we ask for three months to judge it fairly, and then it’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. Many agencies ask for six or twelve months.
Quickest wins we usually find
Missing service pages, weak page titles, a half-filled Google Business Profile, and pages Google can’t index. Fixing those four often moves rankings within the first month.

08 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
How much do SEO services cost in Ireland?
Irish agencies quote anywhere from about €500 to over €3,000 a month for SEO. Our plans are €450, €950 and €1,750 a month excluding VAT, and a one-off audit is €295.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google itself warns against anyone who guarantees a number one ranking. What we can promise is clear monthly work, honest reporting and advice you can check.
Do I need a new website to rank?
Usually not. Most sites rank after technical fixes, better pages and links. If your site is very slow or hard to edit, a rebuild can be better value.
Who owns the work you do?
You do. Your website, content, Google accounts and data stay in your name, even if you stop working with us.
